Upon submission, Permit Puller will always attempt to secure the requested permit as quickly as possible. Cancellations/rescheduling shall be directed to email@example.com or 617-424-7275. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling, the customer shall be responsible for all fees incurred until that point (City fees and Permit Puller fees). Municipalities rarely allow rescheduling of a permit after it has been issued. A new permit date typically means a new permit and a new set of fees.
Enforcement of Permits
Permit Puller does not enforce permits. Permit enforcement is the responsibility of the issuing entity. Enforcement varies from city to city. Call Permit Puller at 617-424-7275 for more information.
Permit Puller does not assist in the towing of cars. Customers will need a copy of the permit in order to initiate towing of a vehicle. Permit Puller shall not be responsible for any losses, damage or claims related to the towing of vehicles within or outside permit-designated areas.
Permit Puller cannot guarantee that street parking meters will be turned off during the permit period, as this may be the responsibility of the each City’s transportation department. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct meter numbers to Permit Puller. If meter numbers are not supplied and Permit Puller has reason to believe that the area may contain meters, the customer further authorized Permit Puller to obtain these numbers with the understanding that a pre-permit site visit bears additional costs or simply report meters and pay the appropriate fee to the City. In the event that a city requests additional payment for failure to provide meter information, the customer shall reimburse Permit Puller this additional cost.
Permit Puller does not have control over issuance of parking tickets, nor will we reimburse a customer for any cost associated with parking tickets. Generally speaking, to avoid tickets you must park only commercial vehicles in the restricted permit area.
Cities generally reserve the right to revoke a permit at any time. Permit Puller, its affiliates, its employees, its subcontractors and its agents shall be held harmless against any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees caused by, arising out of revocation.
Customer's Obligation to Review Placement of Signage
While Permit Puller attempts to post city-required signage in the best possible position, errors can occur. Permit Puller can not guarantee that unknown individuals or weather will remove/damage the permit signage. It is the customer’s obligation to notify Permit Puller in advance if there is a problem with signs, sign placement or missing signs.
Removing the Signage
Sign removal is the customer’s obligation. Should Permit Puller receive a complaint that signs were not taken down, Permit Puller will make arrangements to have signs removed and has the right to charge the customer up to $100 fee for this service.
City Imposed Conditions
Cities may impose certain restrictions, specific times and conditions on each specific permit. It is the customer’s duty to read, understand and perform and/or meet these conditions.
In the event a balance remains unpaid after 30 days, Permit Puller reserves the right to assess a 2% interest monthly to the outstanding balance.
